I can't fall asleep at night...?

I feel anxious in my legs and stuff when I lay down but my brain and eyes are dead tired. When I was in school I used to be able to fall asleep better, so why can't I now. Is it lack of regular meals? Could it be soda since I'm drinking the same amount of soda as on what used to be just the weekends? How can I fall asleep easier??

first cut out soda completely for a few days second do more during the day...run jump play swim anything to get ur heart rate up and b outside in the fresh air and third always make sure ur stomach is happy...BUT dont eat rite before u go to bed (acid reflux)
What you can try %26 do is not drink any pop after 8 pm. Or you can try %26 take some sleeping pills at night. I don't drink any pop after 8 and I am able to sleep. So you could give that a try.
u need to smoke some herb(ganja) that will help get u to sleep. or try something legal like a tea.personally i would try the ganja 1st.
Try switching to caffiene free drinks for a while. However, you may want to talk to a doctor if that doesn't help. Possible you have restless leg syndrome?
Might cause by e-smog effect.
