I compressed a vertabrate may 16?

and i want to get back on the trampoline.Does anyone have any good stretches i can do or any stretches i can do without pulling muscles?Oh i am going out for cheerleading any tips on improving my tumbling.I would like some exercises for the trampoline for cheerleading.

it's a vertebra or (plural) vertebrae, of course--I don't know where the vertebra is, but you may want to make up a padded harness of some kind that you can use to suspend yourself from a big hook on the ceiling, or hook up some gravity boots, depending on which would be more effective. The rope should hang as straight as possible from the spine to provide traction, and you can hang as long as you're comfortable, a little longer each day. I did the same with my neck some years back and it worked wonders.
