I cant sleep at night?

every night i go to bed a little past midnight even though im tired i just cant fall asleep and then i usually actually fall asleep around 3:30-4:00 and if i had the chance to i would sleep in till noon everyday because im so tired...so what can i do to fall asleep faster

try watching a movie or tv...i find that helps.
if ur up to it u can try meditation or self-hypnosis.

first try drinking a glass of hot, plane milk at night or maybe some hot cocoa. if that doesnt work try reading a book cuz i always do that and then gradually your eyes will get heavy and you'll fall asleep or try watching a movie or something.try and ask your doctor too what is the best way to get u to falll asleep...u may have restless leg [or other body part] syndrome which prevents u from falling asleep
