I am now having problems clearing throat, laughing, breathing deeply, bending on the right side or just moving around i hope its not to serious.

you cannot fracture a muscle and if you meant a rib,, it's highly unlikely unless you are getting osteoporosis..
You most likely pulled a muscle.. The popping was most likely the cartilage that holds the ribs in place at the breast bone or possibly where they attach at the back. You should be fine in a day.. I have done the same thing in my chest.. Sneeze hard, pop, painful for a few hours if I sneezed or moved quickly but next morning it was fine.
I think you should go get that checked out, you might have injured your diaphragm (the muscle inside you that separates you lungs from the rest of your internal organs)
