I can't seem to stay awake. . .?

in meetings and training classes at work. Even if I get a good night's sleep the night before I doze. However, I am not sleepy performing my job, only the sessions. Why is this? How can I stop?
Answer:
You're probably drifting off when things get boring/dull
Pay attention to the meeting/discussion and participate
and or take notes. A good strong coffee 20 min before or during the meeting usually helps too.
If you are getting plenty of sleep, it could be due to a medication. Are you on any medicine? I know my allergy medicine sometimes makes me drowsy.
see your doctor. you could have narcolepsy.
because u have to meet and train clasess at work and at night
Red bull, girl.
You're not sleepy doing your job because you're actively engaged in doing some activity, whereas meetings or classes are sedentary %26 don't require from you other than sitting.
try taking gensing. Don't do the energy drinks, they aren't good for you at all.
