but ive woken up this morning and its my right shoulder that is the problem, its very painful, could this have something to do with it even thoughbits the other side?

its called your funny bone when theres not a damn thing funny about the pain i cannot think of the correct term but it is becuase of all the nerves there in your elbow ouch.a pinched nerve can affect lots of things.
I think you've got two different conditions going on.
its fine, part of your body's natural "pain-shifting" defense
You probably injured your funny nerve in the elbow. The pain in the right shoulder is a separate entity, I think.
