I can't sleep?

Once I go to sleep I don't wake up in the middle of the night or anything. But I can't go to sleep until 3 or 4 in the morning. I think this is because I wake up at 12 or 1 every morning but thats only cause i go to sleep late. How can I get back on track? I think if i went to sleep at 10 or 11 i would wake up earlier and I would be tired at the same time the next time,.But I just can't go to sleeep in the first place.

u might got insomnia. take b-complex supplement and ester c. they're good for insomnia.
I have this same prob. Try this tip: set your alarm clock to like 9:30 or 10:00am every day. That way, you wont miss out on any action going on in the morning. Hopefully, this will set you back on track. Good luck!
