I can't stay asleep?

For the last couple months, I keep waking up at night. At least once, usually around 3pm. I'm not doing anything different...I just want a FULL nights sleep. I'm getting really frustrated. Can anyone recommend an over the counter sleep aid that I can try? Thank you.
Answer:
Take two benadryl tablets every night about a half hour before you want to go to sleep and you'll get a very deep and restful sleep and wake up feeling great in the morning, and the best part is that benadryl can be bought OTC. :)
I don't really know an over the counter sleep aid you can try but, if your not going to sleep it may mean that you have a lot on your mind, or that your worried about something.
Hey.. I have the exact same problem.. I have no idea what to do but I also wake up usually at around 3am as well. I have been having some shoulder pain so my doctor think it might be that. I just got a prescription today for a sleep aid. (Lunesta) I suggest going to the doctor and ask for a prescription. That may help! GOOD LUCK!
