I cant stop shaking and stalling the car on my driving test. Will the doc prescribe something to help me?

I have failed twice down to nerves. I have tried kalms, rescue remedy and homeopathic tables. I have tried breathing and trying to relax but nothing works. I have had lots of lessons and practice with my parents daily and I have no problems its just the test itself. Is there medication that you can take which wont affect your driving but will calm you down?
Answer:
beta blockers should help on the short term
They might be able to give you something. The problem is you need a sedative. Which is not recommended wile driving. It slows your response time down.
Talk to a doctor, I think they can help.
Try taking a half dose of Benadryl. It should help calm you down. But if it makes you really sleepy, then you shouldn't drive. Try it first and see how it makes you feel. Good Luck.
a couple of the answerers are right on. Beta blockers but you would need a doctors eval and you would need to see how it affects you before you drive...it could make you lightheaded or you could faint.
Other sedatives are not likely to improve your driving and could be deemed illegal! You need time and a doctor visit perhaps maybe you are not ready to take this test You need not drive to survive yet no?
They'll probably give you beta blockers to take half an hour or so before your test.. I had them during my exams and they do help quite a bit BUT the doctor will check your pulse %26 heart rate %26 stuff before giving you them :)
st johns wart at a herb store will help got to take it for about 2 weeks then take your test
