I do a paper round early in the morning, how can i make sure i wake up?

I DO SET AN ALARM but sometimes i just can't be bothered at all, ive phoned in 'sick' loads of times, any tips on how to get up early and be bothered??

Set the alarm and put it on the other side of the room so you have to get out of bed to turn it off. However, I did that and after a couple of weeks at university I was getting back into bed after turning off the alarm.Have a glass of water before bed. You'll wake up with a huge hard-on, which never fails to wake me up properly, and needing a p*ss. It honestly works.Get one of those machines that makes fresh coffee for you when you wake up. If I had one, it would probably work for me... just the smell of coffee can get me out of my pit.Alternatively, point out to your employer that most of the papers are probably tabloids, and you're doing people a favour by not delivering them to people lol.

Set your alarm and put it UNDER the bed. Don't use the snooze button ever!

Yes, try some self discipline you lazy b-a-s-t-a-r-d. Set your f*cking alarm, get your lazy slacker a*s out of bed and GO TO WORK. All you do is deliver newspapers, what's gonna happen when you get a real job. "Er sorry, I can't perform that surgery today, I slept through my alarm."Lazy b.a.s.t.a.r.d.
Depends how serious you really want to be about having the reward of some extra cash . Remember you customers may start to look elsewhere and you wont have a paper round to get up for anyway . Since you are asking the question I believe you are really wanting to sort this out .
That means there is only one real answer is you need to get in to a routine of when you go to bed , this is something you will need to do when you go into the big wide world of work and employers just wont let you constantly phone in sick .
To see if the routine works for you , you will need to stick at it for at least a few weeks . If you cant get into a routine where you get to bed at a reasonable time and get optimum sleeping time for your age I would suggest that you are not really set up to be a paper boy.
But I hope you can sort it out as it is all good training for later , and I am sure if you can get more regular in delivering that your customers may just increase the tip ! Good luck
try getting someone to wake you up or just put your alarm clock away from the bed

Set two alarms that are loud and at different ends of your room so you have to get up to put both of them off.
