I can't poop. Any advice?

I have a pretty bad digestive system, and I only go say, two times a week. I drink a lot of apple juice because my dad says it will help, but it doesn't. Nothing seems to work. I feel bloated and "blah" all the time. Any suggestions to how i can make my self go more?
Answer:
Try some probotics. There is a new yogurt called Activia and there are a few more foods comimg out with probotics in it!
OK,This has worked for many ppl.Trust me,you won't be disappointed-
Every morning, boil some water:It may be too hot so let it cool some, but make sure is still kinda hot when you drink it.My mom told me that drinking warm water and help your digestive system digest better.Good luck :)
digestive cookies, prun juice, beans, xlax.. if nothing else works, contact doctor
prune juice.. idk if it will work.. cuz my aunt uses it for my cousin but shes like 3 its worth a shot
Take fiber. Eat bran. Maybe try a laxative or stool softener.
Drink more water. Try eating bananas, apples, oranges, and more veggies. If this still continues, you really should go to your doctors and have it checked out. It may just be your diet, but it could be something far worse if it continues.
go to the doctor. my sis had this perscription on drops for you know where and it all came out as water. it is used for about 7 days. then, after the time is up, you will be able to poo regular again!
Well apple juice won't make you go it just binds you, try prune juice, and drink lots of water at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. All else fails see a doctor
You need more food with fiber and less food witout it. Home page of site below explains that all animal foods have no fiber. All plant foods have plenty of fiber unless it was taken out like with refined grains like wheat and rice. For immediate help, take an enema to clean it out. See site below. Eat more raw fruit and raw vegetables.
Try some digestive enzymes, they are available at you local Wild Oats. Prune juice (although the taste is bad) works or just plain old prunes. Pineapple and cranberries also might help.
i have this illness called transverse myelitis and it makes my bowels and bladder messed up all the time i uste to go every 9 - 10 days but i take this new white powery stuff it is taste less and u can put it in any thing called miralax!! u can buy it over counter works wonders
if ur going cheap drink lots of appel juice, prunes - prune juice, apple cider, eat food with lots of fiber in it
good luck!!
Warm water several times a day will help. Salads with oil and vinigar, but mostly a lot of water. 8 glasses a day but don't overdo it either you can drink too much water.
Yeah stop eating and let your system rest awhile. Then as before drink some warm water. not to hot or you will not be good to your heart at al. You can also add a tablespoon or so of mollasses. It has magnesium in it and it will help to alleviate the hardness of your stool. too. It also has other vitamins and minerals in it to help you replenish what you have not been getting because of the serious back up of poop. also enemas are also good. you can get a colema board in southern CA or ask around someone might have one and it works great if you do it morning and night for a while until you feel clean inside. Good Luck and God Bless.

Buy Intestinal Formula I. 20 dollars a bottle, they come in capsules, take 1-2 the night before and you will poop the next day. It's not a laxative, all herbal.
Will work . I absolutely guarantee it!
Also try drinking water through the day, exercising, eating fiber rich foods...etc.
try some of the new active culture yogurts.that really helps regulate your system
I drink diet green tea. half a gallon a day. I use benefiber and drink plenty of water. I use to have the same problem. Sometimes it could be an under-active thyroid. Talk to your doctor. Tell your dad apple juice sometimes has the opposite effect on some people. Also you should try not to ignore your body when it gives you that little nudge it has to go.
Drink water...at least 8-10 glasses a day. I'd cut down on the apple juice...there's a lot of sugar in it. Try eating whole fresh apples, pears. Fiber in leafy green veggies, carrots, broccoli, whole grains...and if you're like me, the fiber supplements of Metamucil or Fibercon help. Medications you could try are Colace, milk of magnesia, and MiraLax (now in drug stores everywhere). I have heard of yogurt cultures and acidophilus helping with constipation. I used to have a problem myself, and it really was due to my diet...the more cheese and dairy (above the daily requirements)...the worse I'd bind up.so if you're a "mouse" like me just lovin your cheese, try cutting back to see if that helps. If those suggestions do not work, I'd check with your doctor for more ideas.
