I am suffering from an ankle injury, Achilles Tendonitis, Help?!?

i did some research and i know sure that i have an ankle injury which is called Achilles Tendonitis, i have been playing football( soccer) for 7 days none stop on hard surfaces, for an average of 3 hours per day.. .. thats what caused it i think, does anyone know what can be done as a kind of treatment for it? what can i do to make it heal as quickly as possible? many thanks.
Answer:
see a doc kasper. he should be prescribing you mefenemic acid or something like muscle relaxant. or something like ponstan.i am afraid there's no quick way to heal but medicine and plenty of rest.i suffered with that 3 months ago. it is sure painful as hell. you can't walk or even put weight on the affected foot.
Get the hell to the doctor you could be doing sever damage dont need to say anymore!
Get off that foot and rest...after you've been to your doctor.
First cause-check that your boots do not have a heel tab which rubs against your achilles it caused mine. Rest and take a non steroidal e.g.ibuprofen(check that they are safe for you to use and follow dosage, instructions. DONOT TAKE if stomach problem-own risk)-when easier gentle stretching and walking-dont rush you will relapse-a slightly raised heel will help to relax your tendon. The above healed my Achilles tendinitis-but it is at your own risk and responsibility if you do not seek professional advice
Get some Ruta (Homeopathic ) gel or cream and rub it into the tendon as often as needed.
like everyone else said, get to a doctor! and be verryy careful... if it hurts that much it definitely needs rest. if you have any ankle support then wear that for the next few days... just be sure to get to a doctor!!
