Answer:
The bad news : people seem to think they must have to have a pill prescribed to them to solve their physical problems..The Good news : WRONG.. I am a STNA/CNA and a licensed Pharm Tech. I work side by side on a daily basis with both pharmacists and doctors in my current employment and have for many years.. I also have extensive psych crisis training..
It has been documented in many patients ( and sucessfully PROVEN ) in cases where there is no severe injury or damage to the veins, blood vessels, tendons, bones,etc..and the patient has no medically proven chronic disease, that diet modification in place along with low impact excersive regiment will reduce swelling in your legs and feet. It will eventually eliminate it if you are constant with the non - pharmaceutical treatment.
It also helps when an anti depressent is used. This eliminates pain caused mentally by depression, stress, constant worry, etc.You should cut salt completly out of your diet to get yourself started. You might find that this alone will "cure" your leg issue..Good luck
